国家电网公司现代智慧供应链体系建设的深入推进,对物资管理工作提出了更高的要求,以往物资供应链运营管理机制已无法满足当下的业务需求。基于此,文章立足国网公司现状,结合现代信息技术发展趋势及公司未来发展战略要求,围绕电力物资供应链运营体系建设,设计构建了国网、网省、地市三级供应链运营体系,完善了优化提升、协同运作、协调会商、跟踪督办四项供应链运营机制,规划了运营分析决策、资源优化配置、风险监控预警、数据资产应用和应急调配指挥五大功能,以此持续提升供应链智慧运营能力和综合服务能力,引领现代智慧供应链建设。

With the development of modem intelligent supply chain system in State Grid Corporation of China,higher requirements are put forward for material management Based on the current situation of the state-owned network company,combined with the development trend of modem information technology and the company's future development strategy,this paper focuses on the construction of power supply chain operation system and puts forward corresponding countermeasures:designing and building a three-level supply chain operation system;optimizing four supply chain operation mechanisms of optimization and promotion,cooperative operation,coordination and consultation,and follow-up and supervision;planning the operation analysis and decision-making,resource optimization,risk monitoring and early warning,data assets application and emergency deployment and command.The purpose is to continuously enhance the supply chain intelligent operation capacity and comprehensive service capacity,and lead the construction of modem intelligent supply chain.
