摘要 介绍了球墨铸铁支架铸件的结构及技术要求,详细阐述了铸件原生产工艺及存在的缩松缺陷,通过采用MAGMA模拟软件辅助分析铸件的充型、凝固过程,预测了铸件中缩松出现的位置及产生的原因。采取了以下措施:在车架安装孔处放置冒口,用于补缩,由原来的薄片引入铁液修改成冒口引入铁液,实现铁液的顺序凝固。生产结果显示:车架安装孔内部的缩松消除,与模拟结果相吻合,改进后的工艺达到了消除车架安装孔内缩松缺陷的目的,虽然工艺出品率略微降低,且增加了铸件后处理工作量,但降低了由于加工不良造成的质量索赔,减少了客户的质量抱怨。 The structure and technical requirements of nodular iron bracket castings were introduced.The original production process of the castings and the existing shrinkage defects were described in detail.The filling and solidification process of the castings were analyzed by using MAGMA simulation software to predict the location and reason of shrinkage.The following measures were taken:a riser was placed at the mounting hole of the frame for feeding,and the original molten iron sheet inlet was changed into the riser inlet to achieve sequential solidification of the molten iron.The production results showed that the shrinkage inside the frame mounting hole was eliminated,which was consistent with the simulation results.The improved process achieves the goal of eliminating the shrinkage porosity defect in the frame mounting hole,although the process yield rate was slightly reduced,and handling workload was increased,but it reduced quality claims and customer complaints due to poor processing.
