基于OBE模式下的学生创新创业能力培养探究

Research on the cultivation of students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability based on OBE mode

我国的创新创业教育在目标和模式上存在学校培养与企业需求脱节、学生创新能力不足等相关问题.基于OBE模式的教学理论,以目标为导向,鼓励学生扎根于实践能力提升,重视实践课题和产学研合作项目.以企业需求为培养目标,从而有助于高校更好的把握时代脚步,培养出社会急需的新工科人才.以渤海大学微电子科学与工程专业的《嵌入式系统》课程为例,通过教学内容的改进、实验项目的更新、课题资源的引入、教学方法的灵动、双创平台的搭建,大幅提高了学生的学习成绩,发展了学生的创新能力,为国家经济建设贡献力量.

There are still some problems in the goal and mode of innovation and entrepreneurship education in China,such as the disconnection between school training and enterprise demand,and the lack of students’innovation ability.The teaching theory based on OBE mode is goal-oriented,encourages students to take root in the improvement of practical ability,and attaches importance to practical projects and industry university research cooperation projects.Taking the enterprise demand as the training goal,it is helpful for colleges and universities to better grasp the pace of the times and cultivate new engineering talents urgently needed by the society.Taking the embedded system course of microelectronics science and engineering major of Bohai University as an example,through the improvement of teaching content,the renewal of experimental projects,the introduction of subject resources,the flexibility of teaching methods and the construction of the platform for mass entrepreneurship and innovation,the students’academic achievements have been greatly improved,and their innovation ability has been developed,which has contributed to the national economic construction.
