电化学机械加工对轴/轴承类零件表面质量影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 零件的表面质量对其使用性能具有决定性影响.由于加工机理不同,不同的加工方法对表面质量的影响也不相同.为研究电化学机械加工(electrochemical mechanical finishing, ECMF)方法对轴/轴承类零件表面质量的影响,文章在经过改装的普通车床上进行油石磨削加工和ECMF加工实验,对比了两种加工方法对轴类零件的轮廓算术平均偏差Ra、轮廓最大高度Rz、轮廓单元平均宽度Rsm以及轮廓支承长度率Rmr(c)的影响,并分析了原因.结果表明,ECMF加工是一种有效的加工轴/轴承类零件的方法,在提高加工效率的同时,还可大幅提升零件的表面质量,进而提高零件的使用性能. Surface quality of mechanical parts have a significant effect on its working performance.Different machining methods have different effect on surface quality because of its own machining mechanism.Researching for the influence of electrochemical mechanical finishing(ECMF)on the shaft and bearing’s surface quality,an experimental setup was built up on a modified lathe,the oilstone grinding and ECMF experiments were proceed.The influences of two machining methods on arithmetical mean deviation of the assessed profile Ra,maximum height of profile Rz,mean width of the profile elements Rsm and material ratio of the profile Rmr(c)were analyzed and compared.The results of experiment show that ECMF is an effective method of shaft/bearing’s machining,which processing efficiency and surface quality is improved obviously.
