文化领导权建设是构建民众对执政党意识形态认同的基本方略。从价值维度看,中国共产党始终将文化领导权建设作为重要抓手,以此来增强党执政的合法性,维护国家文化安全,提高综合国力;从历史维度看,中国共产党在文化领导权建设的百年进程中,积累了丰富的建设经验,开辟了21世纪马克思主义的新境界;从实践维度看,中国共产党坚持马克思主义在意识形态领域的指导地位,以主体教育与客体自觉相结合为基本路径,以社会主义核心价值体系建设为关键一招,有效增强了自身的执政能力。

The construction of cultural leadership is the basic strategy to build the people’s ideological identity with the ruling party.From the perspective of value,the Communist Party of China(CPC)has always taken the construction of cultural leadership as an important toolkit,so as to enhance the legitimacy of the governance of the Party,to maintain the national cultural security,and to improve the comprehensive national strength;From the perspective of history,the CPC has accumulated rich experience in the construction of cultural leadership and opened up a new realm of Marxism in the 21st century;From the practical dimension,the CPC has adhered to the guiding position of Marxism in the ideological field,taken the combination of subject education and object consciousness as the basic path,and taken the construction of the socialist core value system as the key.Those has greatly enhanced its ability to govern the country effectively.
