我国家庭保障制度研究的路径比较:“由家庭保障”和“向家庭保障”

Comparison of Research Paths of Family Security System in China:“Security from Family”and“Security to Family”

家庭保障制度研究可以分为“由家庭保障”和“向家庭保障”两条研究路径,前者表示以家庭为主体向家庭成员提供保障,后者表示国家向家庭提供保障。基于制度主义和结构功能主义两种研究范式,提出家庭保障研究的基本叙事框架,就“由家庭保障”制度的形成与变迁、功能与危机、“向家庭保障”制度的体制与结构、设计与演化四个主题梳理了中国当代家庭保障制度研究,同时提出包含个人、家庭和国家多元主体的统合家庭保障制度研究路径,进一步厘清家庭保障制度概念,在研究范式上寻求交叉点,在研究方法上体现跨学科和多样性。

There are two approaches to study family security system,which are the“security from family”and the“security to family”.The former refers to the protection provided to family members by the family as the main body,while the latter refers to the protection provided to family by the state.Based on the two research paradigms of institutionalism and structural-functionalism,this paper proposes a basic narrative framework for the research of family security,and sorts out the research on family security system in China from the themes as the formation,change,function and crisis of the“security from family”,and the structure,design and evolution of the system of“security to family”.At the same time,it proposes a research path of integrated family security system,including multiple subjects of individual,family and state,to further clarify the concept of family security system,to seek crossover points in the research paradigm,and to reflect interdisciplinary and diversity in the research methods.
