炼钢热焖渣循环水系统故障分析与解决

摘要 本文介绍了天钢综合加工厂热焖渣设施水循环系统组成及其使用介质。对使用浓盐水作为热焖渣水循环系统介质后出现的供回水流量变小、管道内壁结垢堵塞、水泵及电机损坏等设备故障原因进行分析,并就在现有条件下,如何有效地解决这些设备故障进行深入探讨。通过对热焖渣水循环系统的一系列改造及操作工艺的改进,热焖渣水循环系统在满足生产要求的情况下,水泵及电机故障率大幅下降,降低运行成本。 This paper introduces the composition and using medium of circulation water system of hot stuffy slag facilities in Tiangang integrated processing plant.The causes of equipment failure after using concentrated brine as the medium of water circulation system for hot stuffy slag were analyzed,such as,water supply and backwater flow reduced,the inner wall of pipe is scaling and blockage,and the water pump and motor are damaged etc.,and further discussion how to effectively solve the faults of these equipment under the existing conditions.Through a series of reformation of circulation water system of hot stuffy slag and improvement of hot stuffy slag operating processes,under the condition of meeting the production requirements,the failure rate of circulation water system water pump and motor is greatly reduced,and the operation cost is reduced.
