摘要 基于外贸出口低合金高强度结构钢退税元素的要求,Ti元素含量要求不小于0.05%。为满足退税要求,降低出口低合金高强度结构钢生产成本,当Ti元素含量设置为0.052~0.075%时,在不同Mn含量组成体系和终轧温度体系下,对8~12 mm厚出口低合金高强度结构钢的微观结构和性能进行分析。经过6次不同的工艺设定试验,结果显示,Mn含量在0.35~0.45%、精轧终轧温度830℃、卷取温度600℃设定下,高钛低合金Q355B可获得最优的力学组织性能。 Based on the requirement of element tax refund for foreign trade export low alloy high strength structural steel,Ti element content requirements not less than 0.05%.In order to meet the demand of tax refund,decrease the production cost of export low alloy high strength structural steel,in the condition that Ti element content is set at 0.052~0.075%,the microstructure and properties of 8~12 mm thick export low alloy high strength structural steel are analyzed under different Mn content composition system and different finishing rolling temperature system.After six different process setup tests,the results show that the optimal mechanical properties of high titanium and low alloy Q355B can be obtained by setting the Mn content at 0.35~0.45%,finishing rolling temperature 830℃,and coiling temperature 600℃.
