基于遥感影像的干旱区流域水资源监测及管理措施研究 被引量:4

摘要 为探索干旱程度、了解成因,提出基于遥感影像的干旱区流域水资源监测及管理措施研究。利用遥感技术获取流域影像,经过最小噪声变换完成去噪处理;设立流域基线,在NIR-Red特征空间内分析流域附近土壤光谱特征,构建水资源监测模型;将标准降水腾化指数引入到此模型中,得到水平衡值,使用概率密度分布函数得到不同区域旱涝等级;对于干旱严重地区,提出健全水法体系,使水资源得到有效管理。实验证明遥感监测技术应用到水资源监测中具有优质可行性,能及时了解流域干旱程度信息。 In order to explore the degree of drought and understand its causes,a research on water resources monitoring and management measures in arid area basins based on remote sensing images is proposed.Use remote sensing technology to obtain images of the watershed,and complete the denoising process after minimum noise transformation,this study establishes a watershed baseline,analyzes the spectral characteristics of the soil near the watershed in the NIR-Red feature space,and builds a water resource monitoring model.It introduces the standard precipitation evapotranspiration index into this model and the water balance value is obtained.The probability density distribution function is used to obtain the drought and flood levels in different regions.For the severe drought area,a sound water law system is proposed to enable effective management of water resources.Experiments have proved that the application of remote sensing monitoring technology to water resources monitoring has high-quality feasibility,and can timely understand the information of the drought degree of the river basin.
