民办高校构建“大思政”工作格局探析

The Construction of the Work Pattern of General Ideological and Political in Private Colleges and Universities

目前民办高校纷纷开展构建“大思政”工作格局的探索和实践,但由于其管理机制、教职工素质及学生特点的某些局限使得该工作面临诸多困境。对此民办高校可从转变观念、加强顶层设计、制定“课程思政”制度、搭建平台、完善评价和奖励机制等方面入手进行探索、改革和实践,以保障“大思政”工作的顺利开展,改变当前的不利现状。

Many colleges and universities including private colleges have begun to explore the construction of the general ideological and political work pattern.Due to the present management mechanism,the quality of teaching staff,the characteristics of students in private colleges,the work is faced with difficulties such as insufficient understanding of the general ideological and political,lack of unified leadership,less effective ideological and political in all courses,less communication platforms,imperfect of assessment mechanism,etc.The authors hold that,private colleges and universities need to explore aspects such as changing concepts,building a unified administrative mechanism,building the system of ideological and political in all courses,building communication platforms,improving evaluation mechanisms and incentive policies,so as to ensure the development of general ideological and political work.
