摘要
针对个性化树脂镜片的加工特点,在详细分析镜片的数学模型基础上,提出1种4轴数控加工模式,用以替代原有5轴曲面加工才能完成的任务,并在此基础上研制开发一种全新高效自动化个性树脂镜片加工设备。该设备具有机械手上下料、双主轴高速复合加工等特点,采用刀具切割代替砂轮磨削的镜片加工工艺,一次装夹即可实现镜片的轮廓切割、钻孔、表面刻字等一系列完整的复合加工,降低了劳动成本,大大提高了镜片加工的效率和精度。
Aiming at the machining characteristic of personalized resin lens,on the basis of detailed analysis of the mathematical model of the lens,it puts forward the model of a 4-axis NC machining,used to replace the original surface processing to complete the task of 5-axis,based on the research and development of a new efficient automation personality resin lens processing equipment,the equipment has the manipulator up-down material dual axis high speed composite processing characteristics of the cutting tool instead of the grinding wheel grinding lenses processing technology,a clamping the outline of the lens cutting drilling surface engraving can be realized,and a series of complete composite processing,reduce the labor cost,greatly improving the machining precision and efficiency of the lens.
