摘要
设计了一种基于模板匹配进行工件少孔、变形等外观不良检查的算法,以及一种利用螺纹孔反光量和孔径信息进行螺纹缺失检查的算法。基于这两种算法,设计了转盘式钣金冲压件高速视觉检查机完成制品检查。
In this paper,we provide effective algorithm for the checking stamping parts with problems such as loss of holes,deformation and loss of screw thread.Based on the algorithm,we designed the high-speed stamping part checking system.
