推进农家书屋高质量发展路径探析

农家书屋工程自倡导发动以来,在农村社会文化生活中发挥了重要作用。调研发现,在农家书屋建设发展过程中,还存在内卷化困境、结构性困境和精准性困境等亟须解决的矛盾和问题。这些矛盾和问题如不能得到有效解决,将制约农家书屋发挥惠民功能及其可持续发展。要实现农家书屋的高质量发展,必须强化农家书屋的乡村少年儿童活动中心功能,承担好农家书屋作为农村文化传承与保护者角色,形成需求与供给良性互动的农家书屋管理模式,推进农家书屋与乡村社会结构、农民生活同频共振。

Since the advocacy construction programme of rural libraries was launched,they have played an important role in rural social and cultural life.The survey found that there are still contradictions and problems that need to be resolved urgently,such as the involution dilemma,structural dilemma,and precision dilemma during the construction and development of rural libraries.If these contradictions and issues cannot be solved effectively,there will be restraint on the people-benefit function and sustainable development of rural libraries.To promote high-quality development of the program,it is compulsory to intensify the function of children’s activity center in rural libraries,consolidate the role of rural libraries as inheritors and protectors of rural culture,form a rural library management model with a benign interaction between demand and supply,and prompt the development of rural libraries to synchronize with social structure in rural areas and life world of peasants.
