义城煤业3号煤层瓦斯抽采半径参数研究

摘要 抽采半径作为预抽煤层瓦斯的一个重要参数,直接关系到预抽钻孔的密度和预抽时间的长短,对瓦斯抽采效果具有至关重要的影响作用。因此,通过对山西阳城阳泰集团义城煤业有限公司(简称义城煤业)3号煤层不同孔径抽放钻孔(Φ75 mm、Φ94 mm)瓦斯抽采有效半径进行测定,避免在设计抽采钻孔布置过程中出现空白区域以及钻孔的无效重叠区域,从而有效提高煤层瓦斯抽采效率,及时制定出有效的安全抽采技术措施,确保煤矿安全生产。通过测定分析表明:Φ75 mm抽采钻孔抽采半径应不大于5 m,Φ94 mm抽采钻孔抽采半径应不大于5.6 m,其中增加抽采时间和抽采负压对抽采效果影响并不明显。 As an important parameter of pre-drainage coal seam gas,the extraction radius is directly related to the density of the pre-drainage borehole and the length of the pre-drainage time,and it has a vital influence on the effect of gas drainage.Therefore,by measuring the effective radius of gas drainage with different apertures(Φ75mm,Φ94mm)in the No.3 coal seam of Shanxi Yangcheng Yangtai Group Yicheng Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.(Yicheng Coal Industry for short),avoid blank areas and invalid overlapping areas of drilling holes in the process of designing drainage borehole layout.Thereby,the efficiency of coal seam gas drainage can be effectively improved,and effective safe drainage technical measures can be formulated in time to ensure the safe production of coal mines.Measurement and analysis show that the drainage radius of theΦ75 mm drainage borehole should not be greater than 5 m,and the drainage radius of theΦ94 mm drainage borehole should not be greater than 5.6 m.Among them,increasing drainage time and the negative pressure of drainage have no obvious effect on the drainage effect.
