摘要 为探究某金矿爆炸事故发生的原因,从系统论的角度,利用STAMP模型建立3个基本层次控制结构,对事故所涉及系统的安全约束、分层安全控制结构、物理过程、基层操作、外部监管、动态过程视角进行综合分析,发现工人的违章操作与各个组织安全约束的缺失存在关联,自上而下共有18个组织存在控制失误,监督管理以及安全教育培训的缺失是导致事故发生的更深层原因。结果表明:外部环境对事故发生有重要影响,企业对于外包工程的放任以及政府监管的缺失是导致事故发生的重要因素,对预防非煤矿山同类事故发生具有重要参考意义。 In order to explore the causes of explosion accidents in Gold Mine,from the perspective of system theory,three basic hierarchical control structures are established by using STAMP model.The safety constraints of the system,hierarchical safety control structure,physical process,grassroots operation,external supervision and dynamic process are comprehensively analyzed.It is found that the illegal operation of workers is related to the lack of safety constraints of various organizations,and there are 18 organizations with control errors from top to bottom.The lack of supervision and management and safety education and training are the deeper causes of the accident.The results show that the external environment has an important impact on the occurrence of accidents.The laissez-faire of enterprises for outsourcing projects and the lack of government supervision are important factors leading to accidents,which has important reference significance for preventing similar accidents in non-coal mines.
