摘要
为提高改性聚丙烯电缆保护管的耐磨阻燃性能,采用自制的高耐磨及阻燃材料制备高耐磨阻燃改性聚丙烯电缆保护管。研究通过添加高耐磨材料及阻燃材料对改性聚丙烯电缆保护管的导热耐磨性能、阻燃性能及力学性能的影响。实验结果表明:采用自制纳米球形Al2O3接枝棕榈纤维耐磨剂和自制笼型聚倍半硅氧烷接枝二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸铵阻燃剂能显著的提高材料的阻燃性能和耐磨性能,同时在一定程度上提高材料的弯曲模量和环刚度;PP/阻燃剂/耐磨剂配比为100/25/15时,高耐磨阻燃改性聚丙烯电缆保护管极限氧指数为37%,质量磨损为43.8 mg,弯曲模量为63.3 MPa,环刚度Ф100为30.3 kN/m2,综合性能最为均衡。
In order to improve the wear-resistant and flame-retardant performance of modified polypropylene cable protective tube,the self-made high wear-resistant and flame-retardant materials were used to prepare high wear-resistant and flame-retardant modified polypropylene cable protective tube.In this paper,the effects of high wear-resistant materials and flame-retardant materials on the thermal conductivity,wear resistance,flame retardancy and mechanical properties of modified polypropylene cable protective tube were studied.The experimental results showed that the flame retardancy and wear resistance of the composites could be significantly improved by using self-made nano spherical Al2 O3 grafted palm fiber wear resistant agent and self-made polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane grafted DTPMP ammonium flame retardant,the bending modulus and ring stiffness of the material were improved to a certain extent at the same time;When the ratio of PP/flame retardant/abrasion resistant agent was 100/25/15,the limiting oxygen index of the high abrasion resistant and flame retardant modified polypropylene cable protective tube was 37%,the mass abrasion was 43.8 mg,the bending modulus was 63.3 MPa,and the ring stiffnessФ100 is 30.3 kN/m2,and the comprehensive performance was the most balanced.
