摘要
本课实验以TPEE为树脂相,AEM为橡胶相,采用动态硫化技术,制作一种基于AEM/TPEE的新型的耐油耐高温的混炼型热塑性硫化胶(TPV),通过改变硫化体系的用量,探究岛相的交联程度的变化对于TPV材料性能的影响。研究表明,随着硫化剂用量的增多,AEM/TPEE TPV的硬度和定伸应力逐渐增大,扯断伸长率和扯断永久变形逐渐减小。拉断强度处于增大后减小的趋势,在1^(#)硫化剂和ACT-55用量分别为1.5和2份时,拉断强度达到较大值11.04 MPa。当AEM/TPEE TPV中硫化剂用量较大时,TPV材料中岛相的交联网络更加完善,其具有更加优异耐热油和热空气老化性能。
In this experiment,TPEE was used as resin phase,AEM as rubber phase,and dynamic vulcanization technology was used to produce a new type of oil and high temperature resistant thermoplastic vulcanizate(TPV)based on AEM/TPEE.By changing the amount of vulcanization system,the effect of island phase crosslinking degree on the properties of TPV material was explored.The results showed that the hardness and tensile stress of AEM/TPEE TPV increased with the increase of curing agent dosage,while the elongation at break and permanent deformation at break decreased.The tensile strength was decreasing after increasing.When the dosage of 1^(#) vulcanizer and act-55 was 1.5 and 2 parts,the tensile strength reached a larger value of 11.04 MPa.When the amount of curing agent in AEM/TPEE TPV was large,the crosslinking network of island phase in TPV material was more perfect,and it had more excellent heat-resistant oil and hot air aging properties.
