摘要
目前,我国发达地区城市空间发展战略从"增量扩张"向"存量规划"转变。文章以合肥市老市政府片区城市更新为例,通过实践案例介绍,分析并总结了当前大城市存量规划过程与中心区更新中存在的典型问题,探讨整体设计策略,希望为其他老城中心区提供可借鉴、可推广的城市更新与活力塑造方法。
The change from"incremental expansion"to"stock planning"is considered as the strategy of urban space development in developed areas in China.Taking the urban renewal of the old municipal government district of Hefei city as an example,this paper analyzes and summarizes the typical problems existing in the process of stock planning and the renewal of central district.Firstly,the overall spatial development of the site is studied to understand the historical evolution of the site.Then,the existing function distribution and traffic layout around the site are studied to realize the relative lack of cultural facilities and the prominent traffic problems in this area.Next,according to the urban design guidelines and regulations,this paper discusses the overall design strategy,and introduces the renovation and design of practical cases,hoping to provide references and popularizable urban renewal and vitality shaping methods for other old city central areas.
