This paper introduces the deformation alarm of a super large deep foundation pit in Hongqiao Business District of Shanghai.There are some problems in the deep foundation pit of this project,such as complex pipeline situation of surrounding buildings,lagging construction progress,which leads to deformation alarm of foundation pit.It analyzes the causes of foundation pit deformation and makes corresponding countermeasures,which can provide reference for similar super large deep foundation pit engineering construction.
