高速铁路大发展背景下高速铁路轨道施工与维护课程思政建设的研究与实践

为实现全课程育人,为高速铁路大发展培养德技双馨的技术技能型人才,高速铁路轨道施工与维护以学科体系为载体,以课堂教学为平台,在教学内容、教学方法和教学组织等方面做出大量改革尝试;深挖课程蕴含的思政元素,注重培养学生以铁路为傲、服务铁路、奉献铁路的爱国情怀和职业素养,形成了以培育工匠精神为主线的课程思政体系。为铁路类专业课程思政教育教学提供了改革思路和实践经验[1]。

In order to realize the whole curriculum education and train technical and skilled talents with both morality and skills for the great development of high-speed railway,taking the subject system as the carrier and classroom teaching as the platform,track construction and maintenance of high speed railway has made a lot of reform attempts in teaching content,teaching methods and teaching organization;Deeply excavate the ideological and political elements contained in the curriculum,pay attention to cultivating students'patriotism and professional accomplishment of taking railway as pride,serving railway and devoting railway,and form a curriculum ideological and political system with the cultivation of craftsman spirit as the main line.It provides reform ideas and practical experience for ideological and political education and teaching of railway specialty courses.
