摘要
为了全面提升应用创新型人才培养质量,湖北师范大学环境工程专业基于工程教育专业认证理念,构建围绕导师制下产学研协同培养模式,将创新创业教育融合专业教育,融入人才培养的全过程。立足区域经济和社会发展需求,遵循学生认知规律,构建“基本素质—工程能力—专业技能—创新能力”循序渐进式,与实验课程内容相契合、与创新创业能力和实践能力提升相呼应的分层次、分模块、系统化的教学体系,以期为同类院校学生在创新创业能力的培养上提供参考。
Based on tutorial system,we developed mode through amalgamation of industry,education,and research in Hubei Normal University,integrating innovation and entrepreneurship training and Environmental Engineering education to improve talents quality according to engineering education accreditation.We constructed a systematic teaching system cultivating basic quality,engineering capacity,specialized skill,and innovation capacity step by step,in accord with experimental courses,innovation and entrepreneurship abilities,and practical abilities,fitting more into students'cognitive process for regional socioeconomic development,which could provide a reference for similar institutions.
