摘要 脂滴包被蛋白(Perilipin,PLIN1)是PAT蛋白家族成员之一,其特异性地表达于脂滴表面,并受多种转录因子的调控。PLIN1在调控脂肪细胞基础脂解和激素刺激脂解的过程中发挥着重要作用,并且与Fsp27协同作用共同促进脂滴融合。此外,PLIN1还参与机体能量代谢、炎症反应等生物学过程,与多种脂类疾病的发生和发展有重要联系。本文对PLIN1的命名、结构、表达调控、功能以及与相关疾病的关系进行综述,着重总结PLIN1发挥功能的分子机制,为PLIN1的深入研究提供参考。 Perilipin(PLIN1)is a member of the PAT protein family,which is specifically expressed on the surface of lipid droplets and is regulated by a variety of transcription factors.PLIN1 plays an important role in the regulation of basic lipolysis of adipocytes and hormone-stimulated lipolysis,and promotes the fusion of lipid droplets in synergy with Fsp27.Besides,PLIN1 also participates in biological processes such as energy metabolism and inflammation,which is closely linked to the occurrence and development of various lipid diseases.In this paper,we will review the nomenclature,structure,expression regulation,function,and the relationship between PLIN1 and related diseases,focusing on the molecular mechanism of PLIN1 function,to provide a reference for the in-depth study of PLIN1.
