周岁羊驼不同取样部位对毛品质的影响及相关分析 被引量:2

摘要 为揭示羊驼不同部位毛性状的差异性及取样部位与羊驼毛品质性状的相关性,实验选取天津羊驼养殖场30只周岁母羊驼,分别从颈、肩、侧、股、背、腹6个体表部位共采集180份毛样,测定纤维直径、长度、单纤维强力、断裂伸长率、无髓毛含量、有髓毛含量,并进行正态分布检验和相关性分析。结果显示:各性状均符合正态分布,且背部毛最细(20.92μm),肩部毛丛最长(128.83 mm),腹部单纤维强力最大(6.12 cN),背部无髓毛含量最多(67.02%);相关性分析发现羊驼毛各部位间的纤维直径与长度均呈正相关,纤维直径与无髓毛含量均呈负相关,与有髓无髓毛比均呈正相关,毛丛长度与有髓无髓毛比呈正相关;而多重比较显示背部、侧部和肩部的羊驼毛较优质,综合品质较好,因此在育种工作中应加强对羊驼背部、侧部和肩部的驼毛进行选育;同时考虑对羊驼毛细度、长度和无髓毛进行选择,达到平衡育种,可能提高羊驼全身毛品质的一致性。 In order to reveal the differences in the wool traits of different parts of the alpaca and the correlation between the sampling parts and the quality traits of the alpaca wool,the experiment selected 30 female alpacas(1 year-old)in Tianjin alpaca farm.A total of 180 wool samples were collected from the surface of 6 individuals including neck,shoulder,side,thigh,back,and abdomen,and the fiber diameter,staple length,single fiber strength,elongation at break,non-medullated wool content,and medullated wool content were determined,and normal distribution test and correlation analysis were performed.The results showed that:each trait conforms to the normal distribution,with the thinnest wool on the back(20.92μm),the longest staple wool on the shoulders(128.83 mm),the strongest single fiber in the abdomen(6.12 cN),and the highest non-medullated wool content on the back(67.02%).Correlation analysis found that the fiber diameter was positively correlated with the staple length,the fiber diameter was negatively correlated with the non-medullated wool content,and positively correlated with the ratio of presence or absence of medullary wool,and the staple length was positively correlated with the ratio of presence or absence of medullary wool in all parts of alpaca.The multiple comparisons showed that the alpaca wool on the back,sides and shoulders was of higher quality and better overall quality.Therefore,in the breeding work,strengthen the breeding of the alpaca's back,sides and shoulders;and consider the selection of alpaca wool fineness,length and non-medullated wool to achieve a balanced breeding,which may improve the consistency of alpaca's whole body wool quality.
