绿原酸对肉兔生长性能、空肠结构与抗氧化的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Chlorogenic Acid on Growth Performance,Jejunum Structure and Jejunum Antioxidant Activity of Meat Rabbits

摘要 本试验旨在研究绿原酸对肉兔生长性能空肠结构及其抗氧化的影响。选择初始体重(950±25)g、健康状况良好的35日龄断奶伊拉兔72只,公、母各半,随机分为6组,每组12个重复,每个重复1只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,抗生素组在基础饲粮中添加18.80 mg/kg杆菌肽锌和15.51 mg/kg喹烯酮,绿原酸组分别在基础饲粮中添加500、1 000、2 000、3 000 mg/kg绿原酸,预试期7 d,正试期28 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,2000mg/kg绿原酸组肉兔的末重和平均日增重均显著升高;各组肉兔对总能(GE)、粗蛋白质(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)、钙(Ca)、磷(P)、粗纤维(CF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)的消化率均无显著差异;添加绿原酸可以改善肉兔空肠的结构形态,使肠绒毛高度和肠绒毛高度与隐窝深度比(V/C)显著升高;添加绿原酸对空肠抗氧化性能无显著影响。综上所述,添加绿原酸可以改善肉兔的空肠结构形态,改善肉兔的营养物质消化,提高肉兔的生长性能,断奶肉兔饲粮中绿原酸适宜的添加量为2 000 mg/kg。 The purpose of this experiment is to study the effect of chlorogenic acid on growth performance of jejunum structure and its antioxidant properties in meat rabbits.Seventy-two 35-day-old weaned Ira rabbits with an initial weight of(950±25)g and good health were selected.The male and female half were divided into 6 groups randomly,with 12 replicates in each group,and 1 rabbit in each replicate.The control group was fed basal diet,the antibiotic group was supplemented with 18.80 mg/kg bacitracin zinc and 15.51 mg/kg quinenone,and the chlorogenic acid group was supplemented with 500,1000,2000 and 3000 mg/kg of chlorogenic acid in basal diet.The pre-trial period was 7 days,and the trial period was 28 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the meat rabbits in the 2000 mg/kg chlorogenic acid group had a significant increase in final weight and average daily gain;the rabbits in each group had a significant increase in energy(GE),crude protein(CP),and crude protein(CP).There is no significant difference in the digestibility of fat(EE),calcium(Ca),phosphorus(P),crude fiber(CF),neutral detergent fiber(NDF),and acid detergent fiber(ADF);adding chlorogenic acid can improve structural morphology of rabbit jejunum,significantly increase the height of intestinal villi and the ratio of intestinal villi to crypt depth(V/C);the addition of chlorogenic acid has no significant effect on the antioxidant properties of the jejunum.In summary,adding chlorogenic acid can improve the jejunum structure of meat rabbits,improve the nutrient digestibility of meat rabbits,and improve the growth performance of meat rabbits.The appropriate amount of chlorogenic acid in the diet of weaned meat rabbits is 2,000 mg/kg.
