摘要
围绕环境动态性与创业团队创新行为间的关系,基于不确定性降低理论,研究提出了一个受到调节的多中介模型。基于对201个互联网创业团队的多阶段问卷调查,研究发现:创业团队感知的环境动态性的程度会对其团队成员交换、团队知识整合能力、团队学习行为产生积极影响,从而影响团队创新;创业团队主动性人格会正向调节团队感知的环境动态性对团队创新产生的正向影响。
Centering around the relationship between environmental dynamism and entrepreneurial team innovation,this paper,based on the uncertainty reduction theory,proposes a moderated multi-mediation model.Through conducting a multi-stage survey of 201 internet entrepreneurial teams,this study finds out that the degree entrepreneurial teams perceive the environmental dynamism has a positive impact on team-member exchange,team knowledgeintegration capabilities,and team learning behaviors.In turn,team innovation will be improved.The proactive personality of entrepreneurial teams can positively moderate the positive impact on team innovation,which results from environmental dynamism of team perception.
