摘要
在交通运输低碳化能力查定中,针对传统方法查定指标获取不清晰且查定全面性较低问题,提出基于块采样的交通运输低碳化能力查定方法。分析交通运输低碳化能力维度,获取交通运输低碳化能力维度数据,获取查定指标,建立交通运输低碳化能力查定模型。引入空间-时间、总量-时间维度,实现交通运输低碳化能力查定。实验结果证明所提方法在各个能力查定范围的查定指标全面性均高于传统方法,是交通运输低碳化能力查定领域的创新方法。
In the verification of low-carbon capacity by traditional methods, the index acquisition is not clear and the comprehensiveness of evaluation is low. Based on the block sampling, a method to verify the low carbonization capacity of transportation was proposed. Firstly, the dimension of low carbonization capacity of transportation was analyzed, and then the dimension data of low carbonization capacity of transportation and the evaluation indexes were calculated. Moreover, the verification model of low carbonization capacity of transportation was built. In addition, space-time and total-time dimensions were introduced to realize the verification of the low carbonization capacity of transportation. Experimental results show that the proposed method is more comprehensive than the traditional method in the verification index, so it is an innovative method in the field of low-carbon capacity verification of transportation.
