摘要
随着高速公路交通量呈现出日益增长的变化趋势,部分已运营的高速公路存在通行服务能力不足的问题,需要组织改扩建工作,缓解服务能力有限与交通量过大的矛盾。论文以开平至阳江改扩建高速公路T1标合同段为例,在施工过程中,制订了交通组织基本原则、分流方式、限速方案,将该工程的交通组织方案设置为4个阶段,并对各个阶段的实施方法进行了阐述,以保证该工程顺利进行,提高高速公路通行服务能力。
With the ever-increasing traffic volume of expressways,some expressways in operation have the problem of insufficient traffic service capacity.It is necessary to organize the reconstruction and expansion to alleviate the contradiction between limited-service capacity and excessive traffic volume.Taking the T1 contract section of the Kaiping-Yangjiang Expressway Reconstruction and Expansion Project as an example,this paper formulates the basic principles,diversion mode,and speed limit plans of the traffic organization in the construction process,divides the traffic organization plan into four stages,and expounds the implementation methods of each stage,so as to ensure the smooth progress of the project and improve the traffic service capacity of the expressway.
