预制立柱自动化喷淋技术及养护装置的研发

Research and Development of Automatic Spray Technology and Maintenance Device for Prefabricated Column

在工程建设中,立柱是直接将建筑上部结构的荷载传递给基础的构造,立柱施工的质量直接影响着整个建筑的质量。养护是制作混凝土立柱的一项重要工序。当前,混凝土立柱养护存在养护质量差、效率低、水资源浪费严重等问题。故此,研发一种新的可折叠的混凝土立柱喷淋养护装置,进而提高养护效率。论文介绍了预制立柱养护技术现状,阐述了预制立柱喷淋养护装置的研究内容,并对其工作原理和研究过程进行分析。

In engineering construction,the column directly transfers the load of the superstructure of the building to the foundation structure,and the quality of the column construction directly affects the quality of the whole building.Curing is an important process in making concrete columns.At present,there are some problems such as poor quality of concrete column maintenance,low efficiency and serious waste of water resources.Therefore,a new folding concrete column spray curing device is developed to improve the curing efficiency.This paper introduces the status quo of prefabricated column maintenance technology,expounds the research content of prefabricated column spray maintenance device,and analyzes its working principle and research process.
