全断面富水砂层盾构施工风险控制措施研究 被引量:4

摘要 在西安地铁建设过程中,主要涉及的地质有湿陷性黄土、渭河河漫滩地质(即全断面富水中粗砂地层)以及粉质黏土地层。根据西安地层盾构施工经验,盾构机在全断面富水砂层施工时盾构机进出洞风险高、刀盘磨损情况严重。论文结合实际地铁工程,研究了全断面富水砂层盾构施工风险,提出了风险控制措施,验证了风险控制措施的适用性,供今后进行类似富水砂层的盾构工程施工参考与借鉴。 During the construction of Xi’an subway,the main involved geology are collapsible loess,and the Weihe River floodplain geology(that is,the full cross-section water-rich coarse sand stratum)and silty clay stratum.According to the construction experience of shield tunneling in Xi’an,the risk of shield machine entering and exiting the tunnel is high and the cutter head is seriously worn during the construction in the full cross-section of water-rich sand stratum.Based on actual subway project,this paper studies the risk of shield tunneling construction in full cross-section of water-rich sand stratum,puts forward the risk control measures,and verifies the applicability of risk control measures,which can provide reference and experience for shield tunneling construction in similar water-rich sand stratum in the future.
