公路工程全过程造价管理模式分析新探

Analysis of the Whole Process Cost Management Mode of Highway Engineering

当前经济增长速度加快,公路事业建设在国家宏观政策的调控作用下发挥了极大的作用。但其造价管理在实际发展过程中存在失控现象,对建筑施工本身及国家经济稳步发展都会产生极大的影响,因此,如何优化造价管理模式非常重要。我国与其他国家在工程造价管理方面的差别在于我国的工程造价管理有明显的分阶段特征,管理过程中存在诸多影响因素。论文分析并解答了我国公路工程造价管理过程中的缺陷,并对全过程施工造价管理的控制途径进行了论述。

At present,the speed of economic growth is accelerating,highway construction has played a great value under the control of national macro policy,and the cost management is out of control in the actual development process,which will have a great impact on the construction itself and the steady development of national economy.Based on this,how to reform the cost management mode is very important.The difference between China’s project cost management and foreign project cost management lies in the obvious phased characteristics of China’s project management,and there are many influencing factors in the specific use and development process.Therefore,this paper analyzes the defects in the process of construction cost management,and discusses the control ways of the whole process of construction cost management.
