现代医疗事业发展背景下,对医院建筑的功能性与施工质量的要求愈加严格,在医院建筑的施工过程中,需要不断创新管理方法,并结合现代绿色建筑施工理念,全面推动医院建筑施工管理改革。论文对医院建筑施工管理创新的重要意义进行分析,对绿色施工管理的基本内容加以研究,提出现阶段医院建筑施工管理中存在的现实问题,并以此为基础,探究其施工管理创新及绿色施工管理的具体方案,以推动医院建筑施工管理事业发展。

Under the background of the development of modern medical undertakings,the requirements for the functionality and construction quality of hospital buildings are increasingly strict.In the process of hospital building construction,it is necessary to constantly innovate management methods and comprehensively promote the hospital building construction management reform by combining with the modern green building construction concept.This paper analyzes the significance of hospital construction management innovation,studies the basic content of green construction management,puts forward the practical problems existing in the hospital construction management at the present stage,and on this basis,probes into the specific scheme of its construction management innovation and green construction management,so as to promote the development of hospital construction management.
