时下,一些建筑工程的施工监理在制度体系、监理人员能力、信息化水平和监理权利等方面还有一定的不足之处,需要根据建筑工程施工中监理工作存在的问题制定相应的应对措施,通过建立和完善监理制度保证监理权利的有效落实,提高监理人员的监理能力,在监理工作中引入信息技术以提高监理的质量和效率,还要加强监理工作的监督和监理单位的资质管理。论文介绍了建筑工程施工监理的现状和存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了完善对策,以供参考。

The construction supervision of some construction projects has certain deficiencies in the system,the ability of supervision personnel,the level of informatization and supervision rights,etc..It is necessary to formulate corresponding measures according to the problems in construction supervision,establish and improve supervision system to ensure the effective implementation of supervision right,improve supervisor’s supervision ability,introduce information technology to improve supervision quality and efficiency,and strengthen supervision and qualification management of supervision units.This paper introduces the present situation and existing problems of construction supervision of construction projects,and puts forward perfect countermeasures for these problems,for reference.
