Application Analysis of Dynamic Management in Waterway Regulation Project

航道整治工程作为基础建设中非常重要的一个环节,有利于改善水域情况,带动社会经济发展。论文以加强航道整治工程动态管理水平为目标,讨论实施动态管理需要注意的事项,总结航道整治工程动态管理基本内容以及动态管理需要遵循的要求,分别从确定航道整治范围、完善技术保障机制、加强项目管理合理性、加大施工方案控制力度、优化动态调整触发机制与判断标准、完善动态管理机构与流程6个方面提出建议,以充分发挥动态管理的优势,为今后我国水运交通治理有序展开创造条件。

As a very important part of infrastructure construction,waterway regulation project is conducive to improving water conditions and driving social and economic development.In order to strengthen the dynamic management level of waterway regulation project,the matters needing attention in the implementation of dynamic management are discussed.Firstly,this paper summarizes the basic contents and requirements of dynamic management of waterway regulation project,and puts forward suggestions in six aspects:determining the scope of waterway regulation,improving the technical support mechanism,strengthening the rationality of project management,increasing the control of construction scheme,optimizing the trigger mechanism and judgment standard of dynamic adjustment,and improving the dynamic management organization and process,in order to give full play to the advantages of dynamic management,Marine traffic management in our country for the future in order to create conditions.
