摘要
随着煤炭供给侧改革政策的深入推进以及碳中和大背景的影响,在未来一段时间我国关闭矿井的数量将进一步增多,解决好关闭矿井的安全隐患、环境治理、空间与资源利用以及区域发展问题,对资源型城市转型发展具有重大战略意义。系统分析了当前矿井地下空间及资源开发利用现状与存在的主要问题,建立了地下空间井巷容量估算分析方法,统计分析了重点产煤区的矿井关闭地下空间容量,提出二次开发矿井地下空间与资源的重要研究方向以及顶层设计的相关建议。
With the deepening of the coal supply-side reform policy and the influence of the background of carbon neutrality,the number of closed mines in China will further increase in the future,and the hidden safety hazards,environmental governance,space and resource utilization of closed mines will be resolved.And regional development issues are of great strategic significance to the transformation and development of resource-based cities.The current underground space and resource development and utilization status and main problems existing in the current mine were analyzed systematically,a method was established for estimating and analyzing the capacity of underground space,and the closed underground space capacity of mines in key coal producing areas was analyzed statistically The important research directions of the secondary development of underground space and resources of mines and relevant suggestions for toplevel design are proposed.
