山西省投资吸引力与就业结构转变的实证分析

An empirical analysis of investment attraction and employment structure transformation in Shanxi Province

研究山西省投资吸引力与就业结构转变的关系,通过构建就业结构转变模型,利用山西省2009—2019年省际面板数据进行实证检验。研究结果表明:山西省投资吸引力对就业结构转型存在影响作用,但针对省内不同的地区存在一定的差异性,晋北地区大同、朔州和忻州3座城市投资吸引力对就业结构转变具有显著的影响关系,其他地区不具有明显的影响关系。不同地区需要根据地方自身的特征制定相应的政策、加快推进服务业的发展和优化能源产业内部结构。

The relationship between investment attractiveness and the transformation of employment structure in Shanxi Province was studied.By constructing an employment structure transformation model,the inter-provincial panel data of Shanxi Province from 2009 to 2019 was used to conduct an empirical test.The research results show that the attractiveness of investment in Shanxi Province has an impact on the transformation of the employment structure.However,there are certain differences in different regions in the province.Among them,the investment attractiveness of the three cities of Datong,Shuozhou and Xinzhou in northern Shanxi has a significant influence on the transformation of the employment structure,while other regions have no obvious influence.Different regions need to formulate corresponding policies according to their own characteristics,accelerate the development of the service industry,and optimize the internal structure of the energy industry.
