摘要
中国传统文化是高校文史专业的必修或选修主干课程,也是理工科的通识素质课,但在实际教学实践中,长期存在不少教学困境,诸如课程设置的规定性与课程意识淡薄性的矛盾、课程内容的丰富与教师知识单薄的矛盾、教学课时极少与教学内容极多的矛盾。笔者根据多年教学实践,对这些典型困境提出了如下改良策略:增强课程意识;创设专门教研组;回归文化事实本身;遵循“因地施教、因乐施教、成绩动态生成”原则,实行课堂内外一体化。
Chinese traditional culture is a compulsory or elective course for the majors of literature and history in colleges and universities,as well as a general quality course for the major of science and engineering.But in the actual teaching practice,there are many teaching difficulties existing for a long time,such as the contradiction between the stipulation of the curriculum design and the weak consciousness of the curriculum,the contradiction between the enrichment of the curriculum content and the teachers’flimsy knowledge,the contradiction between the insufficient teaching hours and the over-standard teaching content.Based on years of teaching practice,the author puts forward the following improving strategies for these typical dilemmas:enhancing the awareness of curriculum,setting up special teaching and research groups,returning to the cultural facts themselves,following the principle of“teaching according to the local conditions,teaching according to interests and generating students’grades dynamically”and implementing the integration of inside and outside the classroom.
