浅析新形势下高校干部教育培训

摘要 高校干部教育培训是高校干部提升综合素质和提高工作能力的有效途径。当前,高校干部培训工作存在参训干部认识有偏差、培训方式过于传统、培训的长效性不够、制约和激励机制不完善等问题。鉴于此,应从提高政治站位、创新教育模式、常态化推进、建立健全考核激励机制等方面做好高校干部教育培训工作。高校应逐步推进干部教育培训科学化、规范化发展,从而促进高校干部成长成才。 The education and training of university leaders is an effective way to improve their comprehensive quality and working ability.At present,there are some problems in the training of leaders in colleges and universities,such as deviant understanding of trainees,too traditional training methods,insufficient long-term effectiveness of training,imperfect restriction and incentive mechanism,etc.So,it is necessary to improve the education and training of college leaders in terms of improving political positions,innovating education models,promoting normalization,and establishing and improving evaluation and incentive mechanisms.Colleges and universities should gradually promote the scientific and standardized development of cadre education and training,to promote the growth of college leaders.
