Study on the Innovation and Development of Marine Economy in Shandong Province

山东省拥有丰富的海洋资源和良好的区位优势,经济长期处于中国的领先地位,是中国经济的重要引擎之一。研究山东省海洋经济在当前形势下的进一步发展,对于提高山东半岛经济有着重要的意义。本文首先针对山东省海洋经济发展的现状进行说明,指出山东省海洋经济目前发展所面临的问题主要集中在基础设施落后、产业转型不够彻底、环境污染严重、资源利用率低等方面;其次指出山东省海洋经济创新发展应该致力于优化海洋经济产业结构,统筹协调各地政府部门,提高创新能力,积极构建产业协调发展的基础平台,动态监管区域产业,以实现全省经济的一体化发展。

Shandong province is rich in marine resources and good location advantages.The economy has long been in a leading position in my country and is one of the important engines of Chinese economy.Studying the further development of Shandong marine economy under the current situation is of great significance for improving the economy of Shandong Peninsula.This article first explains the current situation of the development of the marine economy in Shandong province,and points out that the problems facing the current development of the marine economy in Shandong province mainly focus on the backward infrastruc ture,incomplete industrial transformation,serious environmental pollution,and low resource efficiency.Second,point out that Shandong marine economic innovation and development should be committed to optimizing the industrial structure of the marine economy,coordinating local government departments,improving innovation capabilities,actively building a basic platform for industrial coordinated development,and dynamically supervising regional industries to achieve the integrated development of the provincial economy.
