世界主要海洋国家海洋经济发展态势及对中国海洋经济发展的思考

The Development Trend of Marine Economy in the World's Major Marine Countries and Reflections on the Development of China's Marine Economy

在全球经济疲软乏力的情况下,海洋经济整体增速大于全球经济增速,从而成为世界主要海洋国家的新的增长点。近年来,世界各国纷纷制定新的海洋发展策略,对海洋经济发展进行新的布局。本文选择了美国、英国、日本、澳大利亚等具有不同特征的传统海洋强国,分析其海洋经济发展状况、海洋发展战略动态等,了解全球海洋经济发展态势,分析世界海洋经济发展趋势。基于此,对中国海洋经济发展中海洋经济规划、海洋科技发展、海洋绿色发展、海洋经济环境、海洋民众意识等几个方面进行了思考,希望为中国海洋经济发展提供参考和建议。

Under the condition of weak global economy,the overall growth rate of marine economy is higher than that of global economy,thus becoming a new growth point of marine countries in the world.In recent years,countries all over the world have formulated new marine development strategies and made new layout for marine economic development This paper selects the United States,the United Kingdom,Japan,Australia and other traditional marine powers with different characteristics to analyze their marine economic development status,marine development strategy,etc.,to understand the development trend of global marine economy and analyze the development trend of world marine economy.Based on this,this paper discusses the marine economic planning,marine science and technology development,marine green development,marine economic environment,marine public awareness and other aspects in the development of China's marine economy,hoping to provide reference and suggestions for the development of China9 s marine economy.
