基于德尔菲法的医院重大疫情应急能力评价指标体系构建研究

Establishment of Evaluation Indicator System of Major Epidemic Emergency Response Capability of the Hospital Based on Delphi Method

目的建立医院重大疫情应急能力评价指标体系,为促进医院应急能力水平提升提供评价依据。方法通过文献研究和专家访谈形成了初步指标框架,运用德尔菲法构建评价指标体系。结果经过两轮德尔菲法咨询,形成了包含6个一级指标、13个二级指标和51个三级指标的医院应急能力评价指标体系。结论科学、系统地构建了医院重大疫情应急能力评价指标体系,为促进医院应急能力水平提升、加强重大疫情应急体系建设提供参考。

Objective To establish the evaluation indicator system of major epidemic emergency response capability of the hospital,in order to provide reference for effectively improving the emergency response capability of the hospital.Methods Through literature research and expert interview,establishing an initial indicator framework.And through using Delphi method,establishing evaluation indicator system.Results After two rounds of Delphi consultation,the evaluation indicator system of hospital emergency capability has been formed,which includes 6 first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators and 51 third-level indicators.Conclusion The evaluation indicator system of the emergency response capability of the hospital is established scientifically and systematically,which provides reference for improving the emergency response capability of the hospital and strengthening the construction of major epidemic emergency response.
