中医药参与突发公共卫生危机治理的阻滞因素与适宜机制

Blocking Factors and Appropriate Mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine Participation in the Governance of Public Health Crisis

目前中医药参与突发公共卫生危机治理体现出了良好的效应,并获得了一定程度上的认可。但是,中医药作为参与突发公共卫生危机治理的主体之一,仍然遇到了公共卫生体制不完善和中医药社会地位不高等阻滞因素,急需建立适宜的参与机制。文章提出了中医药参与突发公共卫生危机治理的适宜机制,包括体系化制度机制、多层面协同机制、价值效应认可机制和激励机制等,进一步提高中医药在突发公共卫生危机治理中的作用。

At present,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)participation in the management of public health crisis shows good effects and has been recognized to a certain extent.However,as one of the main bodies in the management of public health crisis,TCM is still confronted with the imperfect public health system and the low social status of TCM.So it is urgent to establish an appropriate participation mechanism.This study puts forward the suitable mechanism of Chinese medicine participation in public health emergency crisis management to further enhance the role of TCM in public health emergency crisis management,including systematic system mechanism,the multi-level coordination mechanism and value effect recognition mechanism.
