我国医疗机构诊疗科目设置与发达国家服务清单对比研究

Comparative Study on the Setting of Diagnosis and Treatment Subjects in Medical Institutions in China and the List of Services in the Developed Country in China

目前我国诊疗科目在一定程度上成为制约医院发展的影响因素,对诊疗科目进行适当修改是当前需要卫生管理者思考的问题。通过对我国医疗机构诊疗科目设置与发达国家服务清单之间的设置依据、分类标准、分类自主权等方面进行对比研究,提出下一步修订我国医疗机构诊疗科目的相关建议。

At present,the development of diagnosis and treatment subjects in China have become the influencing factors restricting the development of hospitals to a certain extent.Appropriate modification of diagnosis and treatment subjects is a problem that currently requires health managers to think about.Through comparative research on the basis,classification standards,and autonomy of classification between the setting of medical institutions in China and the list of services in the developed country,relevant suggestions for the next revision of medical institutions in China are proposed.
