Design and Application of nCoV Nucleic Acid Detection Platform Based onWeChat Mini Program

为优化医疗卫生机构新型冠状病毒核酸检测工作流程,实现市内医疗卫生机构之间及省疾控平台间的信息互通,确保数据安全高效应用,自主研发一套基于微信小程序的新冠核酸检测平台。通过调研信息化需求,优化工作流程,归纳形成需求文档,进行软件开发,并在试运行过程中,根据应用效果进行完善。实现了被检人群的信息录入、标本采样、送样、收样、检测结果查询、上报及信息互通等功能的闭环模式,满足了工作需要。

In order to optimize the work flow of nCoV nucleic acid detection in medical and health institutions,realize the information exchange between medical and health institutions in the city and between provincial disease control platforms,and ensure the safe and efficient application of data,this paper develops a new coronary nucleic acid detection platform based on WeChat Mini Program.Through investigating the information demand,optimizing the work flow,forming the requirement document,the software is developed and optimized according to the application effect in the process of trial operation.The closed-loop mode of information input,sample sampling,sample sending,sample receiving,query of test results,report and information exchange is realized,which meets the needs of the work.
