摘要
文章提出一种八杆机构式推包装置,通过研究机构的运动轨迹来建立机构优化模型,以此实现运动轨迹按目标轨迹运动。采用MATLAB软件中fmincon函数寻找八杆机构式推包装置最优设计尺寸,应用ADAMS建立机构的三维模型并进行了运动学仿真,得到了约束条件下最优解和轨迹曲线。通过优化前后轨迹和目标轨迹对比,可知优化后轨迹和目标轨迹基本相似,优化效果明显。文章对平面连杆机构的实际运用提供了一定参考价值。
The mechanism optimization model was established by studying the motion trajectory of the mechanism to realize the motion trajectory,according to the target trajectory,and then an eight-bar mechanism type package pushing device was proposed.The fmincon function in MATLAB was used to find the optimal design size of the eight-bar mechanism.And the three-dimensional model of the mechanism was established by ADAMS and the kinematics simulation was carried out.The optimal solution and trajectory curve under constraint conditions were obtained.By comparing the trajectory before and after optimization with the target trajectory,the trajectory after optimization was basically similar with the target trajectory,and the optimization effect was obvious.It provided some reference values for the practical application of planar linkage mechanism.
