古往今来,军事侵略从来只是手段,而对于财富的占有才是终极目的。1931年前的东北地区,由于一直是奉系军阀的大本营,即使在中原混战中也几乎没有受到影响,可以说偏安一隅,加之自然资源丰富,土地广阔肥沃,人口众多,自然被日本觊觎。日本占领东北后,各种卑劣手段无所不用其极,通多发行伪币、强制兑换旧币、统一币制发行、垄断金融市场等手段,肆意掠夺金融资源,不仅满足其高层的挥霍和占有,更主要用于服务于其军事侵略。

Throughout history,military aggression has always been a means,but the possession of wealth is the ultimate goal.Before 1931,the northeast region of China as the stronghold of the Feng-affiliated warlords,was almost unaffected even in the mele of the central plains.It could be said that it was a corner of peace,with rich natural resources,vast and fertile land,and a large population,which naturally made it coveted by Japan.After Japan occupied the northeast region of China,it used all kinds of desecrate means,such as issuing counterfeit currency,forcing the exchange of old currency,issuing unified currency system,monopolizing financial market,etc.,to want only plunder financial resources,which were not only used for the squandering and possession of its senior leaders,but also served for its military aggression in large quantities.
