摘要 为提高球形石墨的振实密度,采用LNP-18A整形机对天然石墨粉碎样进行球化实验,探讨球化轮转速、风量、分级轮转速、球化时间等4种不同参数对石墨球化效果的影响。结果表明:球化轮转速在3600~6000 r/min时,石墨粒径减小,球化作用使得粒度分布变窄,振实密度增大;风量提升57.1%,成品率降低7%,D10增大11.43%;D10与Dmax随着分级轮转速增加减小的程度最为显著,成品率增加8%,振实密度变化不大;球化180 min后球形石墨的振实密度增大97.19%,细粒级颗粒含量先减少后增加;物料为2 kg条件下,球化轮转速为6000 r/min,分级轮转速为3900 r/min,风量为4.54 m^(3)/min,球化180 min振实密度达到0.913 g/cm^(3),成品率达到67%。 In order to improve the tap density of spherical graphite,the spheroidization experiment of ground natural graphite was carried out by LNP-18A spheroidizer.The effects of four different conditions on the spheroidization of graphite were discussed,including the rotation speed of spheroidizing wheel,air volume,rotation speed of classification wheel and spheroidization time.The results show that when the speed of the spheroidization wheel is 3600~6000 r/min,the reduction of the particle size is due to the spheroidization effect rather than grinding,which narrows the particle size distribution and increases the tap density.When the air volume increased by 57.1%,the yield rate decrease by 7%and D10increase by 11.43%.With the increase of the rotation speed of the classification wheel,D10and Dmaxdecreased significantly,and the yield increase by 8%,while the tap density does not change much.The tap density of spherical graphite increase by 97.19%after spheroidization for 180 min,while the content of fine-grained particles first decrease and then increase.When the spheroidizing wheel rotates at 6000 r/min,the grading wheel rotates at 3900 r/min,the air volume is 4.54 m^(3)/min,the tap density of 2 kg material spheroidizes for 180 min reaches 0.913 g/cm^(3),and the yield reaches 67%.
