老年性高血压病诊疗数据库建设及医家互联管理模式构建初探

Preliminary study on the construction of the diagnosis and treatment database of senile hypertension and the establishment of the management mode of doctors interconnect

目的考察基于诊疗数据库建设及医家互联管理模式构建对老年性高血压患者血压及并发症的改善效果。方法选取2019年1—12月在我院诊治的80例老年性高血压患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例,对照组患者采用常规的健康教育模式,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合应用道群云医APP健康教育模式,两组患者均干预12周,比较两组患者干预前后的血压水平及并发症情况。结果干预前,两组患者的收缩压及舒张压相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经干预后,两组患者的收缩压及舒张压均显著降低,且观察组各血压值明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访期后,观察组患者的心血管疾病、脑梗死、肾功能不全、视网膜病变等并发症总发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年性高血压病诊疗数据库建设及医家互联管理模式的构建能够降低老年性高血压病患者的血压水平及并发症的发生率,有望进一步在临床工作中推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of the construction of the diagnosis and treatment database and the establishment of an interconnected management model of doctors on improving the blood pressure and complications of elderly hypertensive patients.Methods A total of 80 elderly hypertensive patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January to December 2019 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional health education mode,and the observation group received the Daoqunyun medical APP based on the mode in the control grou.All patients were treated for 12 weeks.The blood pressure levels and complications of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the systolic and diastolic blood pressures between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the systolic and diastolic blood pressures of the two groups were significantly reduced.The blood pressure values in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the follow-up period,the total incidence of complications such as cardiovascular disease,cerebral infarction,renal insufficiency,retinopathy in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The construction of the diagnosis and treatment database of senile hypertension and the construction of the management model of interconnected doctors can reduce the blood pressure level and the incidence of complications in patients with senile hypertension.It is expected to be further promoted and applied in clinical work.
