品质链护理在先天性梨状窝瘘学龄前患儿围手术期中的应用

Application of quality chain nursing in the perioperative period of preschool children with congenital piriform fossa fistula

目的探讨品质链护理在先天性梨状窝瘘学龄前患儿围手术期中的应用效果。方法选取2017年7月至2019年10月耳鼻喉头颈外科收治的64例先天性梨状窝瘘患儿为研究对象,按时间段分为对照组和观察组,每组各32例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上加用品质链护理。比较两组患儿术后6 h、24 h、48 h的疼痛评分和患儿家长的护理满意度。结果观察组患儿术后6 h、24 h、48 h的疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P均<0.01)。观察组患儿家长护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论品质链护理可有效缓解先天性梨状窝瘘学龄前患儿术后疼痛并提高护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of quality chain nursing in the perioperative period of preschool children with congenital piriform fossa fistula.Methods Sixty-four children with congenital piriform fossa fistula admitted to the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery from July 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the time period,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing.The observation group was given quality chain nursing based on routine care.The pain scores of children and the nursing satisfaction of the parents at 6 h,24 h,48 h after the operation between the two groups were compared.Results The pain scores of children in the observation group at 6h,24h,and 48h after surgery were significantly lower than those of the control group(all P<0.01).The nursing satisfaction of parents of the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality chain nursing can effectively relieve the postoperative pain of preschool children with congenital piriform fistula and improve nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical application.
