摘要
根据接触力学原理,应用有限元方法对某HLN硬锁螺母进行仿真分析,求解出三种偏心距HLN硬锁螺母所产生的附加摩擦力矩,验证了HLN硬锁螺母的防松原理及防松性能;并对螺栓和螺母的螺纹部位的应力进行了分析;研究结果可为螺栓联接的防松创新研究提供参考.
According to the principle of contact mechanics, the simulation analysis of a HLN hard lock nut is done by use of finite element method. The additional friction moments of the HLN hard lock nut with three eccentric distances are calculated, the anti-loosing principle and anti-loosing property of the HLN hard lock nut are proved, and the stresses in the screw thread parts of the bolt and the nut are analyzed. The research results offer a reference to anti-loosing innovation study.
