基于阴平阳秘理论探讨半夏泻心汤治疗女童特发性性早熟

Clinical experience of Banxia Xiexin Tang(半夏泻心汤)in the treatment of girls with idiopathic precocious puberty based on the theory of balance between yin and yang

通过临证发现女童特发性性早熟除阴虚火旺证、肝火郁结证、痰湿壅滞证外,不少患儿尚有纳差、腹痛腹胀、嘈杂吞酸、大便或干或溏、舌淡边有齿痕、苔薄黄腻或黄白相间等寒热错杂证表现,故以阴平阳秘为理论基础,认为寒热失衡是阴阳失衡的一种表现。治以调和阴阳寒热,以半夏泻心汤为基础方加减治疗本病,取得了满意疗效。附案例2则,以资验证。

There is clinical evidence that in addition to the syndrome types of yin deficiency with effulgent fire,stagnation of liver fire,accumulation and stagnation of phlegm dampness,many girls with idiopathic precocious puberty also have mixed syndrome of cold and heat complex,namely poor appetite,abdominal pain and distention,epigastric upset and acid regurgitation,dry or loose stools,teeth marks on pale margin of tongue,thin yellow greasy or yellow and white fur.Therefore,based on the theory of balance between yin and yang,it holds that imbalance between cold and heat is a manifestation of imbalance between yin and yang.The treatment is regulating cold and heat as well as yin and yang,modified Banxia Xiexin Tang(半夏泻心汤)is taken as the basic prescription to treat the disease and has achieved satisfactory curative effect.Two cases are attached for verification.
